This might sound good for people who own their home already but all it does is lock them in. You can’t move, trade up/down if no one else can afford to buy.

And when prices are inflated they tend to reach a price cap. This means the variance between a small and large house shrinks. This means selling a big house to buy a smaller one nets you very little profit which encourages people not to sell. Which decreases the market of affordable homes.

But corporations with the goal of owning all property to rent seek don’t care. They’ll overpay to hold houses a while until they can corner the rent market and charge through the nose.

Some dentists can be very proactive. Mine ID’d 2 small cavities but said if I focus on those areas they will probably not grow and be fine.

My wife’s childhood dentist gave her more than a dozen fillings for small cavities. If you ever get a dentist like that, I’d suggest to get a second opinion.

Don’t fuck around with your mouth health: dentures are not fun and infections there can be lethal. But another check-up won’t hurt if you think something’s off.

I think the 6mo cleanings are the prepare for people who don’t take good care of their teeth. My plan allows for 3/4 cleanings a year if I want them. And some people are a lot more prone.

Because they get to play it early. That’s it. I played BG3 early and still had a lot of fun replaying Act 1 when it came out.

The studio gets a number of things, as well. While direct feedback is small, that is still valuable as they could never test that many hardware and software variants. They also get automated data from the software phoning home on crashes if that’s enabled. And they get an influx of cash in the last few months of development as their sales spike gets a bit flattened. It’s a winning strategy if you don’t have the funds for a huge marketing blitz to drive initial sales.
