They are working with outdated, unsafe systems. It’s probably super stressful compared to running a modern network where you have a bunch of automated safety checks and know exactly where all the trains are.

Looks like it may be Ray Davies who is presenting the game in the clip. I’m doubting that he actually programmed it :)
