Marking as solved! The solution is a tad cumbersome (can’t directly control in-browser), but it comes with a bonus I didn’t even think to ask for (mp3 files that I can save to my phone and listen to in the car!)....

Edit for solution. Ended up being the cpu. Bought a 5600x that worked flawlessly, and my 5900x was still under warranty. Just got the replacement back from amd and it’s also working good....

Edit for anybody who finds this post later: It was an Ubuntu specific issue. Swapping it for Fedora has allowed sleep to work perfectly. I suspect the Ubuntu kernels have an issue with certain motherboards....
