I think Peertube has a brighter future if they find a way to act like some Youtube and Patreon alternative.

Maybe, you could get 2 free videos from one creator and then need to pay once you know you enjoy what they do.

Yeah Blockchain is a massive warning flag.

There are only two real use cases for Blockchain

1. Financial speculation (very risky one, somewhat like trying to time a pyramid scheme)
2. Various types of fraud

That’s useful for a lot of things - just not everything (and it has been shoved plenty of places it doesn’t belong)
