I have been backing up the photos folder for my immich. Something weird happened with one of my hard drives so i had to restore. It has a folder for each year and inside there is a folder for each day. immich doesnt support the ability to drag and drop the year folder into the UI. What’s the best way to get all my media back...

We are running Navidrome to serve up our music, and I want to use smart playlists to listen to my music on “random”, but in a way that surfaces higher rated songs more often. Doing it this way requires a smart playlist that contains other smart playlists....

I created a lemmy instance and noticed the stats on the index page showed that the instance had 2 users registered, even though only the admin account existed at that point. I created a second account, and now it shows 3 users. However, the database query SELECT name from person WHERE local=‘t’; only shows only the admin...

The major thing keeping me from self-hosting my music is that I mostly discover music by using the radio function in ViMusic (Uses the YT Music API to stream music) or by finding a song through friends, social media, etc. and then listening to it in ViMusic to see whether it’s good and I want to add it to my playlist....
