I’m looking for something like Heimdall, but a little bit more lightweight, hopefully something I can just throw into my www folder. Nothing requiring Docker. Just lightweight stuff.

The Asrock N100DC-ITX uses a 19v power brick so no separate PSU to power the drives. It comes with a 4 pin cable that splits into 2 SATA power....
I’m new to the container world. Does it have any security benefits when I run my applications as a non-root user in a docker container? And how about Podman? There I’ll run the container as an unprivileged user anyway. Would changing the user in the container achieve anything?

Through the efforts of @dandroid, the lemmy-safety tool can now run via docker, which should help you run it without having to mess with python on your end....
