I’ve always found the Matrix User option that Lemmy has quite interesting, but I have noticed that…it does not even show up anywhere?...
I know that DNA encodes proteins. Truthfully, everything besides that (including ‘what are proteins’) mostly wooshes over my head, but that’s not relevant because whenever I search this question I never even find it addressed anywhere....
I do not know if it’s true for all countries, but at least the USA and the UK require your passport to be signed to be valid. And I know that when I fly, I sometimes get checked if it is signed....

Each of the companies that we have talked to for Hot air balloon rides have said you pay for it in advance, then if there is bad weather, you don’t get your money back. You just have to reschedule for another day. We have a friend who had to make many many many trips an hour and a half each way and each time on the way there,...
Like why does Kroger want me to get a Kroger’s card so bad...

I live in a country that has treated me extremely well. I’ve benefited from a ton of free services paid with taxpayer money including education and healthcare so I feel the responsibility to do my part and pay my taxes....
When I go to work I find it difficult to greet my coworkers when they’re talking, and my coworkers talk a lot. I don’t want to disturb them, so I don’t say anything and let them speak. After that I don’t find it necessary to greet them, because we’ve already seen each other. I don’t do it to troll them or because I...
I want to post about the songs that I am listening to, but in a way that everyone can open it regardless of what they are using. Is there a good way to do that? A website that generates links for the popular streaming platforms?
