Not even close. The people who matter in terms of political power are muscovites. And in Moscow, everything looks fine and beautiful and modern and convenient. You wouldn’t know a war was raging on except for the propaganda. Yes, I know some drone attacks have disrupted that, but not nearly enough.

Regardless, according to a quick Googling, Russia’s real inflation adjusted GDP in 2022 was ~$1.5 Trillion. Even if it was $100 million, that’s a drop in the bucket overall for them.
