Thinking we should have a right to anonymity irl is a little silly to me, I think forcing protestors to identify is fairly reasonable. A lot of the rest is getting a little out of hand, though. Private investigators are a pretty egregious step before one has strong evidence of some sort of malfeasance more significant than occupying a space and sitting there.
