She replaced it with TAP WATER. If you inject something that’s sterile, at least they won’t DIE. Putting pure nonsterile tap water right into people’s blood stream leads a lot of confusing infections that can easily be traced back.

This lady was a moron and killed multiple people because she apparently doesn’t understand basic medical practice.

I cannot explain how crazy this is. Like medical knowledge 101.
