You won't ever need to vote again was the meaning. If you can't see that as a red flag, then you deserve the r word in my opinion. The dude doesn't want a democracy. He wants to be a dictator to avoid his legal issues. This guy will absolutely take down democracy without a second thought. He'll drag America down with him.
