kent_eh , 10 days ago the quality of the work just isn’t there. Because they’re not trained. That hasn’t stopped thousands of companies from trying it, though. Often more than once… (including the company I used to work for - they’ve outsourced, and re-homed a couple of times in the years I worked there.)
