Ok, well, after reading the title I went on to read the “body” of the post and so I was rapidly back on track and understood that “dognapping” word … and was then able to grasp the rest…
I like this (newspaper article) title :
“Foot heads arms body” meaning :
“Mr Foot is heading a group of people which is called a body that is concerned with a type of weapons which is designated by the word : arms”
Sometimes it is fun to go beyond my initial confusion … but most often it is just making me lose some time … then I don’t understand and I just give up… and sometime, like today, I make some kind of a rant.
