What do you call when a country’s foreign minister, among other high ranking politicians, calls for the expulsion of an ethnicity from their lands, while his country is using the Article II of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide as a TODO list?

The Israeli government is not even keeping the part that is supposed to be quiet out of the government’s mouths let alone actually quite.

It’s just not. Nobody thinks that outside of Africa’s league of corrupted nations. I’ll agree that this is misinformation when the non Arabic countries sending Palestine foreign aid consider it genocide. When you can get Justin Trudeau to say it’s a genocide then I’ll change my mind.

Most world leaders also don’t call the Armenian genocide, genocide despite the fact the word was coined to describe it, and you have plenty of examples of genocide after WW2 that were tolerated by the international community. International politics are not a good court, because governments by their own nature tend to focus on what’s expedient for the national interests and not in what’s right.

Edit: I just remembered a particularly nasty one, remember when the western world and China decided to support the Khmer Rouge and the Cambodian Genocide (and before you go full denialist on this one, it was classified as such by an international court).
