I feel like the argument should be made, if he wasn’t on drugs and had a heart condition and died ,would the result have been different? It seems to beat a man you suspect might be on drugs, and know nothing of his other possible health conditions, and then leave them face down despite cries of not being able to breath should be manslaughter without a doubt. You killed him without meaning to, they just wanted to fuck him up and treat him like human garbage, but that abuse led to his death. It seems open and shut.
