The real elephant in the room with AI is that when it works, the network has been over-fitted to the output. And when something completely novel is fed into it, it spits out nonsense that runs over your dog because it looked like a shadow on the asphalt. Poor fido.
what always got me is I would love to have had a long term, stable job, with benefits that would be there as I needed them. I have not raped anyone, or obsconded with money, or doen some other asinine thing like this and im sure there are plenty like me in that regard. How the heck do folks like this get these nice positions when they are this messed up. I mean at least with actors their job is not really dependent on rational actions or emotional stability.
Rob Reiner narrates a really good podcast that just released about this. It’s two episodes in, and he interviews all the people who are still alive who had some part in the investigation and historians who have done a ton of research.
This flailing continues to miss the point. Consumers don’t give a crap whether the antisemitic shit was next to ads or not. They care that it was said at all - and then promoted by the company’s owner and figurehead.
Their claim that the views of said content were manipulated is like being caught in public using the n-word and crying that only two people heard it, so it doesn’t count.
Fucking wild that this stuff happens. Like, you have to realize not only are cameras EVERYWHERE, but the vendor is literally recording him hah hah hah.
