If a job says “10 years experience, or six with a bachelor’s or 4 with a masters” do they have a requirement?
Most job postings I see, it’s interchangeable with years experience but more than likely they will have ten applicants who have degrees so they won’t even read the applicants who don’t (unless there’s a very compelling reason to do so like they already work for a competitor, or have a ton of years experience)
Back in the day, when the government of Japan banned samurai schools, and prohibited so many dangerous weapons, the samurai got angry and revolted.
Those samurais, on the other hand, who worked closely with the government or had willingness (or had leverage by working with them), created their own “spiritual” schools, teaching aikido, kendo, and practices of spirituality, peace, and finding one’s own path in life.
But now Japan thrives ever so lively. And yet, the government now carries all that stigma after the ages of samurais had passed; and for good reasons, because they do oppress people and judge them unjustly in courts.
Perhaps the sword may have not been the answer, but it is certainly not the solution either to dismantle all, including the good and the bad, for there are the protectors of peace- the sword carriers, and those whom carry weapons and guns are no different.
And there are those who are irresponsible and neglectful, and would drive opposition the opportunity for justifying radical changes. Then that radical change would be justified. Including the dismantling of weapons and their schools of thought.
So is the case that had led to this women’s unfortunate circumstance.
However, I will still carry the sword to death with me.
14 years ago, an Epstein co-conspirator was deposed and refused to answer any questions. A Clinton associate had contact with Epstein within 3 weeks (not minutes, not hours) of a search warrant being executed, so a baseless question was posed that suggested there might have been a tip-off about the warrant. Obviously the question was not answered, and now this article has appeared to revive the baseless suggestion
You can tell from reading it that LaPierre went into it prepped to defend against him having taken money & benefits without it being recorded. But they were actually building a case that the money & benefits were taken in violation of nra bylaws.
One thing that sucks about it, though, is that Oliver North was actually doing his job as the President of the NRA in good faith and was engaging in oversight. I don’t like even having a tiny shred of respect for that man, but I have to admit he seems to have been trying to run an evil organization in an above-board way.
and they somehow skipped over him crashing his car outside before running in
for a moment I thought maybe this was a planned dare or something but no, this was just a guy who had crashed his car and saw an aquarium and made some off the cuff choices.
