A Mac gets out of your way, and you can actually concentrate on whatever you need to be doing instead of operating the computer. With Windows I feel I’m constantly fighting against the OS or dealing with the mediocre hardware. I’m a software engineer, I want to work on my own code, not deal with someone else’s. In the end it’s a tool to get a job done and using a mac simply means one less thing to worry about. And don’t underestimate how much even a little extra effort can cost. If I gain 1 hour a month not having to fight Windows that means I already made up the entire purchase price of my macbook pro.
I don’t know why you wanted to know year before month or day, I use dd/mm/yyyy sometime I didn’t even use yyyy just dd/mm because day change most frequent then month then year
Those are all amazing members of my sad but long list, but also the INCREDIBLE Trevor Moore, Louie Anderson (I loved him so much), Ron Sexton (Donnie Baker character on Bob and Tom), PAUL REUBENS, Betty White, Jerry Stiller, and that’s just going back to 2020 for my personal favorites list.
And then of course, like dozens of funny people that aren’t as big on my own radar. Gallagher gets honorable mention even though I never thought he was that funny myself, he was certainly an icon.
I freely admit to being that sucker. In a weak moment during a Covid lockdown I bought an iPad Pro. Worst purchase ever. It's too heavy to use comfortably, the battery life is shit and the paucity of apps compared with my Android phone is ridiculous. Worst of all, it died suddenly less than 18 months after I bought it. It was replaced under consumer laws here, but still. I feel like an idiot for having bought it.
The only other Apple product I own is a 160GB iPod Classic, bought in 2007 and still going strong. Sturdy, good battery life, small size, decent interface, room for all my music. So of course it's no longer produced or supported.
These people are so dumb, they aren’t “water mountains”, they are Lands with the subtypes Island and Mountain, meaning they can tap for blue or red mana.
