How can I get OpenCL to work on Debian Bookworm with an AMD 7900 XTX?
I looked this up before buying the GPU, and I read that it should “just work” on Debian stable (Bookworm, 12). Well, it doesn’t “just work” for me. :(...

I used to read The Economist without a subscription behind tor to avoid captchas, ads and also to avoid their IP profiling (they limit the free articles a non subscription IP can read) but 2 days ago articles stopped showing also behind tor and the TBB....

There’s two models - the Duet 3 which comes with a Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 @ 2.55 GHz CPU, and the 3i which comes with a Intel Celeron N4020. I’ve run passwd and sudo su; passwd to change password for root and my account. Password is set correctly when using sudo and su but whenever I get prompted by pkexec it accepts only the old password. I’ve rebooted my system to make sure it was not an issue....
