My friend was running firefox on linux mint, and it froze and he used xkill to kill firefox. But still it shows up in htop ps -aux. He tried to kill it multiple times but it didn’t work. See the pictures for explanation. We had to kill power to shutdown, even systemd can’t stop that process....

Hey guys, not sure what happened or if I installed something wrong but some of my applications like Firefox (flatpak) and gnome-control-center are just showing as blank when I open them. If I select them from overview, it stays as blank and can’t select anything from it. This issue doesn’t happen on all gnome/flatpak apps....

I just did an apt update followed by an apt upgrade, and during the latter the screen went all blank with a blinking prompt. I also hear the fans. It’s been like this for 10 min now.
