I love using save states in emulators to win this every time.

How old is this chart? The average American has got to be at least 5’10"

Num10ck ,

5’9. close enough.

drphungky ,

Average American man is 5’9.3" (and has been around for a long time). So not only is the graph misleading it’s just wrong.

In case anyone was wondering, within America: White 5’10", Black 5’ 9", Asian and Hispanic around 5’7".

This scale is so exaggerated, I am short and know tall people, they do not tower over me like that haha

KDE Connect and Syncthing do the trick for most stuff. For all else, all hail the USB C M.2 NVME enclosure.

It says Algida on my country (correctly), but back when I was a kid it was Eskimo. It might be a false memory but I also remember Langnese for a short time, but it could have been the foreign TV channels (Pro7, RTL, Sat1).

you joke, but I’ve got my most recent salvo of audio books sitting in a double sided flash drive on my desk, right now

The one thing Apple did right. AirDrop is nice, and I wish PairDrop worked for Bluetooth aswell.

I mean, we already have Nearby Share/Quickshare on Samsung, but it is still kind of finnicky.

Can’t you just plug your phone straight in and transfer the file? I still prefer KDE connect though.

marcos ,

KDE connect only works painlessly on phones that allow you to use your files… As weird as it is, that’s not most of them.

But you can still move them around somehow and force it to work. Also, the same works for syncthing. USB drivers haven’t been the easiest option for a while.
