Sweet melon pieces, should in theory be balls but i dont have the required scoop for them. So then small chunks, feta, fresh basil ( a lot ), olive oil, lemon, salt,pepper. All of this on top of some blended melon and Prosciutto crisps… et voila.
I found a couple of good recipes for chuck roast, so I combined them and made it myself. I never used a braising pan before or cooked a beef roast before....
