Hi, I got a used laptop from an family member. It did have this this annoying sticker on it (see picture). Apparently for years already....

I am asking this question because the young adult in question, is me. I am to move out in a few years, and it feels impossible to move far away from my hometown (which I want). as of today I noticed I can’t access my plex server at all when on my work’s wifi. But if i swtich to 4g i can watch plex just fine. But obviously mobile data isn’t truly unlimited high speed. And yes I only watch shit on my break. I have remote access enabled etc. Not sure what I can do?
Title almost says it all. OLED monitors are getting more and more affordable, but it’s almost out of the picture when buying a monitor because of toolbars and HUD elements. I don’t understand why monitors “burn-in”, when I shine my LED flashlight or some LED xmas lights they won’t simply start emitting the same light...
