Yeah, fighting open source emulators is kind of like fighting a hydra. People will fork the project and one of those will probably emerge as the alternative to Ryujinx. At the same time Nintendo did manage to get an entire team of developers to exit the Switch emulation scene under penalty of breaching the settlement. It's not going to kill Switch emulation, but they did manage to take down one of the most popular ones.
Tbh, is it really pirating if I bought the game and wanted to play it on a different unofficial platform?
I understand the main thing was Yuzu was apparently offering builds that work with unreleased games (which how tf does that work) via Patreon, but if the game’s been released and I bought it, I don’t see why I shouldn’t be able to download a ROM or even dump my own and play it on an emulator that offers better performance.
Later on: the employee who does extra work will make the employee who does the bare minimum getting fired, but he doesn't get a wage increase. He will however complain about "lazy" people like immigrants, the disabled, etc. instead.

One of my 1st employers had “extra mile” coupons. Originally worth 7.50 in store credit, then 5, then they disappeared. This was a company that was charging 6 dollars for asparagus water.
Why is it always people that use android bragging about that people that use apple don’t want to communicate with them and completly ignore them. And right after they go play ps5 exclusives.
Playstation or Nintendo have no open hardware or software you can install on those products so why Apple is different from them ? Only because they make mobile phones or PCs ? If they decide they don’t do PC or mobile phone and rename their products to something different, abandon standards that in fact they established and then market their products as it’s not a phone people, it’s not a pc, don’t use it if you want a pc or mobile phone, would this make people feeling happy ? That’s stupid.
Virtually any company big enough to make a worthwhile phone is going to do terrible things. Think a given company is an exception? They won’t be once they get larger.
That being said, the fact that “everybody does it” doesn’t make it okay. The “blue vs green bubble” shit is nonsense that’s totally unnecessary.
