It’s a pretty good introduction for those who don’t care for swearing and sexual jokes. Better than Apples to Apples, I’d say. Could use room for improvement, I’ve been meaning to put together a combination of the full game and expansions that my whole family can play
Pretty sure it's not an official plate. The sovereign citizens will print their own. Sometimes like this in an effort to fool cops into thinking its a regular plate so they don't get pulled over.
It’s not a customized plate, it’s just straight up fake. Sov citizens buy them, and cops often don’t even pull then over because they’re so fucking annoying to deal with.
Just a guess, but it’s probably just because the person would end up throwing a tantrum. “YOU CAN’T ARREST ME! I’M BEING ARRESTED! I DIDN’T DO ANYTHING WRONG! WHERE’S YOUR PROOF!” (Or something like that.) As anyone around them tries to ignore the guy shouting at the top of his lungs and trying to do his best not to get handcuffed.
The cave’s interior is out of a story book, with stalactites, stalacmites and gigantic round dripstones, cathedral like openings, waterfalls and tight spots to dive and press through. Was a real adventure
As a coward I can’t help but recall that YouTube channel that specializes in horrible cave deaths when someone mentions tight spots of potentially uncharted darkness… make it safe and have fun!
The oldest traces of mankind in the cave go back to the Celtics, so quite some time ago. It is well explored. The cave is only accessible with licensed guides. We went in the first kilometer, where everything is still pretty tame, no protracted crawling etc + it was a dry day with low water levels. But yeah, 2h in and you know you will take 2h again to get out. That’s the point where you start wondering what happens if someone breaks their ankle…
The guide explained to us that there is a cave rescue team that comes and gets you out of anything happens, but it takes roughly 14 h to get someone injured back out again o.O

If “she” (not clear who) moved her head back and forth in a vertical rotation, it doesn’t matter if you call it “shook her head yes” or “nodded”. The meaning is the same.
If she moved her head back and forth in a horizontal rotation and this person interpreted that as a “yes”, then that is insanity.
It’s just not the accepted and used English for those actions. If it was something like “rotated” then it would be ambiguous and subject to interpretation, but the word “shook” already has a meaning
So it sounds like you’re just not familiar with the phrase. It might not be “accepted and used” in your area, and I agree it’s confusing. But it is common, regardless.
Many examples can be found in your choice of search engine, here’s one result but it’s very very common.
Whenever I see that line in books, I have taken it to mean a reluctant yes. As if the person is both shaking their head in exasperation and conceding something to the other person.
