Would buy an AMD based T14s or T14 but they removed the rj45 connector from them and I won’t pay that money for a childrens toy. For some reason, some intel models still have it. Why??
That is very strange. I wonder how that decision got made. But funnily enough, that is the exact reason I went for the T16 over the Z16, which was priced similarly during the sale I took advantage of for this. I could have swallowed the lack of USB-A ports, because docks are not that expensive where I live, but for fuck’s sake. Give me rj45 or give me death.
The only other fast way to fight it is with violence, but without clear national unity and already decent leadership it usually results in some form of autocracy, making the situation worse.
Edit: violent revolution* usually doesn’t work, but violence itself can be rather effective
I think you’ve falsely equated violence with revolution.
There are currently arsonists in Atlanta and elsewhere in the US fighting the creation of cop city and projects like it via property damage. That is violence with no danger of creating an autocracy. I’d argue the Black Panthers, the Suffragettes and the IRA all used violence which posed no danger of autocracy.
I do agree that strong group unity, some form of multistate participation, and good leadership and structure, are all very important for it to yield positive results.
I think they did at one point, but during the plot he’s the only one and he’s working unpaid overtime, because he warned them when he signed his original contract that the system they wanted needed more engineers and more time but they didn’t listen and then threatened him into working for free when the system wasn’t ready at the end of his original contract. This is the direct reason why he committed the corporate espionage that caused the whole park to go fubar.
Yeah, I guess from a vegan perspective that doesn’t factor in prey or wild animal suffering, they actually were the good guys. The scientists were slaving them, and the gruesome shit they did in return doesn’t count because predation.
