Clean the chanterelles and halve. Halve shallots. Chop parsley and set aside. In a large bowl, coat venison with flour.
In a large pot, heat butter over medium-high heat, and sauté the chanterelles for approx. 3 – 4 min. Remove from pot and set aside. Add oil to the pot and fry meat over high heat for approx. 5 min., until browned on all sides. Remove from pot and set aside.
Add shallots, and sauté on medium-high heat for approx. 3 min., until translucent. Add tomato paste, and deglaze with red wine. Add meat back into pot and let simmer for approx. 10 min.
Add beef stock, juniper berries, bay leaves, and venison spice to the pot, and leave to simmer on low heat for approx. 1.5 hrs., stirring occasionally. Remove juniper berries and bay leaves. Add chanterelles and let simmer for another 15 min. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and crème fraîche. Serve with juniper berry marmalade and semolina dumplings. Enjoy!

Let me get this straight; you actually think Elon Musk, himself, combed through images he personally saved, found the X, and personally submitted it as the logo replacement.

You don’t think, maybe, just maybe, a man with more money than God might have gotten someone else to do it? I can see him being out of touch and not caring enough about quality to say “go with that one” without checking where it came from. But I just can’t see Musk himself looking through fonts to find an “X” that he likes.
Logging in to your account with all it implies: Being able to like and comment, history shared across devices, subscriptions (although there’s ways to import your subscriptions into NewPipe but it’s hacky), recommendations, etc. If you want this, NewPipe won’t do it as it has no way to log in. Many people don’t anyway, but a lot do.
For subscriptions we can use RSS reader, it’s also more convinient to have all other one-way feed based services in one place. Comments and likes are not doing anything on YouTube anyway.
