Intermittent Video & Freezing
My neighbor was having issues with his PC freezing up during games, saying his CPU fan specifically) would ramp up. He then bought new parts and asked me to build him a new PC to replace it which I did (we exchange handiwork). Now he’s wanting to give his old parts to a friend of his who had an even older PC. So I’ve got...

Death Stranding UI is fucking horriffic.
I’m about 8 hours into Death Stranding Director’s Cut, and I just can’t do this. I love the meditative, lonely feel of the gameplay, and I’m always down for a bonkers and absurd Kojima story. I truly hope future games implement a similar traversal system where you really need to watch your footing. But this game is...

Is there a way to stop gnome from using dGPU?
Been running endeavor OS on my MSI delta 15 (all AMD with no nvidia card) with KDE and it switches between integrated and dgpu like it should. What's the real world connection speed from your residential IP to your Server?
I’m using contabo and the VPS I got is advertised as 1 Gigabit. When I do a speedtest or use iperf3 to connect to public servers I get pretty close to 1 Gigabit. But from my residential IP the speed drops down to 100-250 Mbit/s. My home internet connection can handle 500 Mbit just fine....
