I consider honor to sorta be the opposite of hypocrisy. Its to lead ones life as one as one espouses and truly believes and be consistant in word and deed. It is not necessarily good but more often sought by good people.

Exactly. The ARM Chromebooks can run coreboot in a lot of cases. I am not sure about WiFi and GPU acceleration but at least those can be isolated if necessary.
Nah, France and Spain. We only need 7 countries to pass their thresholds, and after that, only raw numbers matter. We need the big population centers, and France and Spain are way behind Germany.
