aside from the redundancy, an integrated gpu is really useful when you need video acceleration in VMs, because you can pass them through as a pcie device and get good performance in games running in VMs
also I don’t have experience with this but VM disk performance would be drastically improved if you got a 2nd drive (even those really cheap SSDs like the NV2) to pass through to the VM rather than making it use a emulated drive
Back in the early days, watching a cammed movie was tolerable because the 480p rips that we'd otherwise get were so heavily compressed that there'd be hardly any step up in quality. It was also usually the fastest way I could find a new movie.
These days, releases get leaked from inside the studio all the time, at full quality, so there's not really any legitimate need for cammed movies anymore.
I would not say “all the time” at least the movies I watch, but it is mostly only some months (if even) until a movie is available on some streaming service and gets ripped in 4k
Given the overwhelmingly negative response from the community, what is the justification for leaving the bot in place? Is it because the moderators think they know better than everyone else?
Numerous comments contain thoughtfully researched, balanced and reasonable criticisms, and your reaction is to basically call them just a bunch of negative nellies, rather than to consider maybe whether they have a point.
If I made a bot that shared fake news in comments on every single news story, would you say that having the option to block that bot is sufficient? I can block anyone, yet you still ban people for breaking the rules here.
You’re getting way too defensive, and digging your heels in - criticism isn’t always bad faith.
They have a point but strict fake news it isnt. It is not an option to leave it without any second bias opinion. Its not banning anyone. If you dislike it and demand it to be shutdown for democracy. Then you arent allowing other opinions.
I cam vouch for Snapdrop/Pairdrop or whatever it is called nowadays. Requires opening a browser and being on the same network. Snapdrop does support sending files over the internet, but I couldn’t get it to work last time I tried.
I’m writing a story, and I suspect that one of my characters is subconsciously a Gary Sue. To compensate for this, he gets all of the things I hate about myself, complete with fuckups and repercussions.
Soulslike is when game hard, 3D, combat and boss fight focused, with dodge mechanics and real time combat. Or are you gonna tell me Super Meatboy is soulslike because it’s hard?
RPGs, specifically turn-based or strategy ones. Action is sometimes fine too. I like stuff with complex battle mechanics and tons of customisation/planning - anything that gets the brain working is fun, really.
I don’t like FPS in general. I’ve only completed Borderlands 2 an Fallout: New Vegas. I don’t like the perspective and the gameplay often feels dull to me. I don’t feel stimulated by them.
