After all the amazing reviews and post i read immich I decided to give it a try....

What is a good piece of advice from your parents or that you’ve learned that others may not know or that you wish you were told as a child/teen?

EDIT: Putting this at the top because not everyone is seeing what I actually need. I can unpack the rar archive just fine. What I can’t do (on arm) is add to/update the files in the rar archive. I have unrar already installed. What I can’t install is the rar package to create/update rar archives....

Do you use them when you don’t have time to cook or don’t want to? Do you use them to avoid gaining weight? What is your opinion about their potential health implications?

I’m planning on moving (back) to Linux from Windows, but I’m not sure which desktop environment I want to use. What’s the easiest way to try them all out? Just do a bunch of dnf/apt installs? Is there a distro or project out there that makes this easier?...
