I recently started using Violentmonkey and there are hundreds of absolutely great scripts like some that help you go straight to the download link instead of shorteners (very common on pirate sites), and there are also some scripts for downloading music from Spotify (I guess using Youtube), but I hardly know any more, anyone...
It’s kind of sad that one of the greatest video game series is on hold for now....

So my family has a few containers of unused blank dvds that are just lying around collecting dust. i know dvds are almost useless because of streaming, but can they still be used. Theses dvds can only be written to once and they only have like 3 gb of storage on them, can they still be used?, do they have a use?
I noticed yesterday that now I only get a black screen when I try to screen record or screenshot the content on the service and would like to understand how I can go around this or get another way of getting the content. It’s a bummer because FILMIN has a lot of content that I’m interested in but I don’t find the movies...

My wife and I just watched Season 5, Episode 11: “Latent Image” in which the Doctor discovers that he performed an operation on Ensign Kim, but the memory has been erased. The episode ultimately revolves around whether Captain Janeway considers the Doctor to be a person who can consent to be edited. The Doctor’s main...
Besides Libre Office, what other programs/solutions exist in the Linux world for writers?...
I bought an old iPad2 for the purpose of viewing a Home Assistant dashboard via a web browser. My thinking was that the ability to browse the web was the sole requirement for a tablet for this purpose, but I was wrong: Home Assistant’s web pages apparently require a newer version of javascript than iOS 9.3.5 can handle, but...
Hello, is there a streaming site like sportsurge club for german content? A site that lists links to live streams of sport events in German?
I’ve seen it covered widely for Windows, but I don’t know if people have gotten it working on Linux....
I have an app which polls a remote server by sending to it its cache GPS location. Sometimes a remote server will ask for live location and an app must send it to it....

Okay, let me start by saying that I really do love Home Assistant. I believe that it is a fantastic piece of software, with very dedicated developers that are far more talented than I. Although, that being said, I strongly disagree with a number of their design choices....
This might not be the best place for this question but I honestly can’t think of another place, but if you know of one please let me know. But I figured someone here might have the experience I’m looking for....
