It’s always someone robbing a store that gets shared. It’s never some guy in a cowboy hat stopping a store for wage theft, which is an order of magnitude or two greater drain on the economy than armed robbery.

Damn. What an incredibly stupid thing to do. Attacking someone pointing a gun at others. That “hero” is dead or responsible for someone else’s death in a different timeline. All for some cash. Unless he somehow knew the gun wasn’t loaded or something.
This wasn’t his first rodeo. He knows how to wrangle in a criminal. A bleak reminder to all you would be criminals. No where in Tarnation does a gun guarantee victory.
His ability to “wrangle” the perp took way too long. This should have been much faster in handling such a situation. He’s lucky the perp was bad at using / holding a gun.
Very very nearly got the woman shot in front of the freezer and had to “wrangle” the guy across half the store cause he couldn’t take him down. Old man is extremely lucky that guy dropped the gun and didn’t have a knife in his pocket.
Plot twist: Jessica, at 12 or a little older, got black out drunk, stole her parents car, crashed and killed 2 people. ‘blunt force trama’ from the crash cost her her eye sight.
I’m not joking when I say that the compiz cube was the reason I got into Linux back in the day. In hindsight, it was just a neat graphical gimmick, but it was enough to spark my lifelong love for free software.
You can also pierce your ear drum with that thing (if something hits your elbow at the wrong moment) …about 12 years later and it’s almost as good as it was before it happened 😎😵
