Well when the leaders see things like this and their go to is to yell about āassault riflesā and then provide unlimited funding for military contractors who are the people who build āassault riflesā itās not really a surprise that the problem continues. If a congress person mentions āassault weaponsā they should never be voted for again, because they clearly do not understand the problem.

I have a toddler, I totally can see them discharing a firearm. Itās not shocking on deadeye Janet, itās shocking on the now dead parent who didnāt safely store their firearms.
Yeah that surprises me less given a parent seeing a child waive a firearm would be very nervous, same as Iād be if my kid was wielding a paring knife or the big knife with her sibling or cousin.

I managed to get a similar shot with my phone. Yours has a ton more detail though. Seeing Jupiter right next to the moon was nuts. Itās not visible in this photo though.
What phone was this taken with? Because some phones have a āmoon modeā where they replace the actual moon with an image thatās far better than what the actual camera sensor of the phone would be able to capture.
They are usually shooting through a telescope, or are using a phone that āenhancesā moon shots through AI (i.e. replaces the original image with an AI generated image)
A big part is exposure, you need to really crank down the exposure so the Moon isn't just an overexposed white circle. Having a phone with optical zoom is also important to get a decent resolution image.
