My living room window is open and my feet* are freezing but I canna be arsed to stand up and close it. It’s causing all the inner doors to shake in their frames. Very exciting. Probably the most intensely exciting it’s got all day.

Green tea needs a bit of cold water in first, to make sure the hot isn’t too hot. Proper green tea blends taste like cat’s piss when you over-heat them.
Like in Japanese tea ceremonies, they have to grind the green tea leaves slowly, so as not to overheat them.
Quite interesting that there’s a north/south split in Yorkshire. Anyone from there able to confirm if that’s a divide that applies in other less important fields than scones?
