American cluster bombs have only 2% failure rate. Given that Ukrainian lands are full of ruSSian mines, could cluster bombs be used for demining fields? Sappers would have much less work to do with defusing only those 2% which failed to explode.

EDIT - After trying everything there is, I decided to make a new clean Windows Installation and everything worked again. So the problem was a bad Windows installation. However, I don’t know why every single game stopped working specifically after the prologue and not before or after, but it’s fixed now....

I want to stream videos with audio on my pc to my friends. I’m on linux, and video streaming is broken on discord (no audio of the source gets shared). Looping audio through mic (Soundux) results in poor audio quality, while discord-screenaudio just provides stuttery video. Any suggestions what to do?...
