Hiya, just quickly wondering how people store their coffee? Mine is in a tin box I got second hand, cos I thought it looked nice. Any rules regarding storing grounded coffee? I also store mine in plastic container, I actually grind roughly a week to two weeks worth of coffee at a time. The flavor difference after it sits for a while is less noticeable to me than the difference from when I get a new bag of coffee beans.
