The calls to nuance and complexity is insulting, like people can’t see what’s right infront of them and form an opinion of their own. What complexity is there in bombing hospitals, ambulances, schools and refugee camps, while denying food, water, and medical supplies to millions

I don’t think anyone thought that this was the official position of the israeli government, and if they did, they should also read the article. Their position as a former diplomat and a politician is about that they are not some fringe nutjobs, but has had or has been in positions of power recently.

He was ambassador to italy as recently as last year, I’m not an english native speaker but having worked as a diplomat would qualify him as being a diplomat, no? Where I’m from it wouldn’t be weird reffering to someone as a diplomat even if they are currently not on a diplomatic mission. Feiglin is a current member of likud, that isn’t being pushed out of politics
