Indian korma is meat/vegetables braised in yogurt, stock and spices. In Malaysia and southern India yogurt is replaced by coconut milk. Not quite the same as the typical curry.

There aren’t many OLED manufacturers making screens bigger than phones, and yields are usually lower than LCD panels. Perhaps in 10 years the display landscape will change enough to make OLED more widely used.

For me I knew a lot of US state flag designs cannot pass the emoji test (recognisable at small size/from afar). But I didn’t know some flags were updated, like Utah’s (will officially adopt March 2024).
