I've tried other stims, but I just can't stop. There are more fingers like this.

Used to "only" bite off the skin around the nails, but when I approached burnout, I started scratching and biting the lower parts of my fingers as well.

I took 200mg yesterday (around noon) and oh boy, did it sedate me. With 1200mg I would be comatose 😂
Should be good for sleeping though.

Usually, I'm very self-conscious. But it happens from time to time, that I'm in a state of (work) flow and feel rather good about myself. Then, I'm more likely to engage in various conversations. Because I feel good, I might overshare, give advice, over-estimate my abilities or be silly. Consequently, I feel ashamed about my "outburst" and wish to never see any of them ever again. (Repeat cycle)

I have this most of the time, too. There seems to be some connection to hormones and stress, but I haven't been able to pin it down yet.
