its the actual speed but it gets doubled because the ram is ddr. so 1075*2 == 2150mhz should be what you’ve been looking for.

Steam using CPU to process vulkan shaders instead of GPU? (kbin.social)

Hey all, I have a RTX 3060 and a Ryzen 5600G and I'm on Ubuntu 22.04. Since Steam has shader pre-processing on Linux I thought I'd ask on a Linux gaming community about this. I noticed that when Steam processes Vulkan shaders, it uses the CPU (my CPU heats up a lot and the process manager shows CPU being used while GPU is not...

My guess is your mesa driver was old so you didn’t have graphics pipeline library enabled by default. distros doesn’t differ but packages.

KDE’s Discover has a button for that. I always delete the app and leftovers from there.

wine/proton is so good at this point and it’s getting better day by day. imo there is no need for native games but if some competative games like counter-strike, dota etc. gonna make little bit more performance out of native port then devs should consider native ports too.
