Hey neurotypicals, you know how it is when you're hung over? When normal lights are too bright, and normal noises are so loud it hurts, and the last thing you want to do is be in a crowded place where random people try to talk to you?

For some of us, life is like that most of the time.

@Frances_Larina @theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic this, this is it. I tried to explain to mine that I mask, that I am in fact painfully shy, and he honestly couldn't seem to believe me.

Like, dude, I am 51. My mask is VERY good. It's also very expensive.
