ME since 2016. Recovered to about 80% in 2021 until I realised this was prob just due to a lack of viruses going round. Now around 70% due to covid. Was 75 to 80% beforehand. Prior to 2021 I was around 65% housebound very weak working a full time non taxing! But my current job is a lot more taxing which means I seem to be doing a little better.

@tomkindlon @chronicillness @spoonies @disability @disabilityjustice @mecfs @longcovid the attack on disabled people is definitely not over. I'm regularly having to put up with jibes or misunderstandings at work. It's a very slippery slope if you're not careful about what you say. Especially when the struggle is there every day so you have to tell your employer about your disability.
