I’m euro but I don’t believe individuals should be taxed, precisely because of that. Individuals don’t have the means to be up to date with federal law. We barely function. It would be best is all tax was handled by companies which have the monetary means to hire people dedicated to dealing with tax and its laws. I’m saying this as a person who tends to start filling my tax a minute after it becomes available. I don’t use any software, but I’m euro.

I’d love to have a Google free phone, but my bank requires a Play Store app for banking and it’s not optional. Anyone knows if N26 works on any phone OS without Google? EndeavourOS and flatpak Steam. No need to reinstall because Arch. Nothing breaks because Steam got flatpaked. It just works. I used openSUSE and Fedora in the past because Arch wouldn’t install on my old HDD but I’ve an SSD now and shit just works and works good. My desktop never looked sexier.

I’m firmly against installing 32 bit libs directly. I had to reinstall my system because they caused some mess. Steam is the only 32 bit using thing so it gets isolated.

I’ll be fully honest, I’d be on Threads if it didn’t ban EU users via API. But it did. Reddit is unbearable. I tried Discuit but I cannot help but worry it will be abandoned or the owner will power trip and ruin it. Fediverse gives me the comfort of not worrying that will happen. If only it was more active in any way I’d care about.
