SkyeStarfall , to world in Tesla’s profits sink as the company struggles with cooling demand

The whole point is that the market’s irrational, why would I buy shorts and basically gamble away my money? The literal point of this thread chain is that the stock value is disconnected from real-world practicality.

SkyeStarfall , to world in Tesla’s profits sink as the company struggles with cooling demand

GameStop is a dying company. All I’ve seen in my life are more and more GameStop shops closing down around me.

SkyeStarfall , to world in Tesla’s profits sink as the company struggles with cooling demand

Any success behind him has just purely been because he’s a walking money bag, otherwise he just seems like a hindrance.

The system sure works /s

An irrelevant agenda, the result of which would directly lead to less cars crashing into buildings?

Why would you be surprised? And why would 15$ for a book be too much?

SkyeStarfall , to science in Crows Are Self-Aware Just Like Humans, And They May Be as Smart as Gorillas

Maybe you could instead make it a puzzle type of thing, like “you have a set of 4 buttons, only 1 gives you a treat, and the crow can only choose 1 button”. Then see what happens

SkyeStarfall , to technology in Microsoft is blocking Windows Customization Tools

Power users are the exact people who would get the most benefit out of Linux, though. Speaking as one of them who got sick and tired of Windows’ bullshit. I’d argue Linux already very much competes with Windows, and has many advantages sourced from it being an open and not profit driven operating system.

Finally do I have an operating system that actually tries to work with me to get what I want, rather than tries to obstruct me every part of the way because “it knows best” or whatever windows tries to do.

SkyeStarfall , to science_memes in nice for a holiday, i presume.

Not necessarily. It’s more that we know that life can occur on an earth-like planet, and everything else is speculation.

I guess having your critical thinking overriden by fear (of going to hell), isn’t… The best.

SkyeStarfall , to mildlyinfuriating in Windows 10 is the last version of Windows

I really don’t think it’s reasonable to be needing to mess with the registry to get basic behaviour that you want. It’s just the same shit that people accuse Linux of needing to use the terminal all the time except in windows flavour.

SkyeStarfall , to programmerhumor in Python tutorial moment

While yes, the true issue here is that, for some reason, the code only imports the remove method from the package, instead of importing the package and doing rembg.remove().
