To be fair I think Nokia was already one foot in the grave before the M$ deal. Largely thanks to Mr. Ollila.

Random requests to my private Jellyfin instance

I have a Jellyfin instance on my local server which I forward to the public web via a cloudflare tunnel. I’m not sure how secure it is, and I keep getting random requests from all over the world. It’s my first experience maintaining something on a public domain so I may be worrying about something obvious, but some advice...

You can exclude AA from VPN, at least with Wireguard.

Mortal Kombat 1. The kameo fighters make labbing the characters quite interesting, so many possibilities!

I could use some help with this. Using KDE Wayland and currently almost happy with the gestures that come out of the box (but I think I was able to change 4 finger left/right virtual desktop switch to 3 fingers, don’t remember how I did it…).

One thing I am missing though is being able to map Meta + W (the virtual desktop “collection” screen) to 3 finger swipe up. Any idea how this could be accomplished?

Made a little modification to sendkey.sh as the /dev/input/event numbers change on boot:

EVENTNUMBER=$(ls -lah /dev/input/by-path/pci-0000:00:14.0-usbv2-0:5:1.0-event-kbd |awk ‘{sub(“…/”, “”, $11); print $11}’)

EVDEVICE=/dev/input/$EVENTNUMBER

YSK: Signal is a great secure private messenger app comparable to others on the market. (restoreprivacy.com)

“When you use Signal, your data is stored in encrypted form on your devices. The only information that is stored on the Signal servers for each account is the phone number you registered with, the date and time you joined the service, and the date you last logged on.”...
