For self hosting plex, sonarr and radarr etc… I recommend the trash guides. trash-guides.infoWhen you don’t want your self hosted apps available from outside your network you don’t need nginx. And for the port security, as long as you are not port forwarding there is no security issue. Keep in mind that when you host things on your local network that other people on your home network could be able to access your apps. Which is not a big deal when living with family or on yourself.

My suggestion would be to install Ubuntu server (or another distro) and use it for sonarr, radarr and other *arr apps. I do the same with a old laptop connected to a nas for storage

Edit: look for the trash guides for more information and help setting it all up

Pls Help me decide on the most cost effective phone when my biggest deciding factor is a nice camera but I'm not paying $800 for a dang phone

I’ve made a spreadsheet with a bunch of phone options. Mostly Samsung, Pixel, but there’s a couple Motorola and One Plus. I’m most comfortable with Samsung Galaxy but I’m open to changing. I looked up the main considerations and it seems like Megapixels is pretty much the biggest factor but I want something that can zoom...

Yeah and to add to this, buy the pixel 7a to save some money or a discounted 7 pro if you really want some good pictures
