Where? Is? Quick Look!?

By far, the feature I most sorely miss in Linux compared to macOS is Quick Look. Press the space bar, see file contents. Use the arrow keys, view different files. Simple, quick, and WAY faster than opening an entire app every single time I want to check the contents of a file. I also miss the column view in conjunction with...

Kind of, but it only displays the icon of a file. macOS opens an entire intractable view that can be instantly opened and closed with the space bar. It can even do most video and audio files.

Apparently, Plasma used to have it (KLook), but it died a long time ago. I don’t understand why they’d kill off/not maintain such a useful feature.

Milk. Great Value’s brand just tastes so darned awful for some reason I can’t place. I live in the midwest, and Prairie Farms is pretty common as a brand here.

There are some others, many dairy products now that I think about it, but there’s also some medicines like Mucinex which I prefer to use over generic brands. I’m otherwise not very picky.

I don’t get why Apple won’t just add more RAM and storage to their base models. They’ll ship more units and get better PR. Simple as.

Aye, but they could lower the starting price, increase specs and ship larger volume for an overall larger profit, right?

If I was running the company, I’d rather more people buy my product for a lower price than far fewer people buy my product for a somewhat higher price. Plus, higher sales figures itself is better, no? I don’t get the strategy. They’re leaving out the whole $2,000 that someone would have otherwise spent if the base model was actually useable.

I’m not strictly a man (I’m questioning), but I use Native. I’ve also not really cared about my physical health until recently (2020 was rough). I like the scent and their products generally just work better for me than most others that I’ve used. Not just that, but I can’t stand the smell of Old Spice or especially Axe/Lynx.
