Hebben jullie ook thema’s waar je liever niet over leest? Voor mij zijn dat: vreemdgaan en erg pesten. Verder houd ik niet van detectives. En bij de Tweede Wereldoorlog is mijn eerste neiging om het boek niet te kiezen, maar af en toe zet ik me daar overheen

@lalage @boeken Dus een boek dat speelt in de Tweede Wereldoorlog en gaat over een erg gepeste persoon die vreemdgaat met iemand anders en vervolgens wordt vermoord, waarna een detective uitzoekt wat er allemaal is gebeurd, is niet aan jou besteed? 😅

Als boeken lezen was zoals films kijken. Ja, lach maar, maar ik zit er soms niet ver vanaf. 😅 Een goed boek prikkelt de fantasie in woorden en daden.

@autism101 @actuallyautistic True. Funnily enough, others find me very likeable, funny and social, despite my autism. I also enjoy the company of other people and the energy that social interaction gives me.

On the other hand, I have to be able to step out when the need arises. I have to manage my commitments and energy constantly. A busy day at work can leave me mentally exhausted, so I can't do anything at home any more. And that's really frustrating for me, my GF and our five year old 😕
