Saved you a click: Our government has been corrupted by legal bribery, our regulatory commissions have been captured, our financial institutions have a gambling addiction, our medical institutions are profit driven, the quality of life for the majority of the population has dropped/stagnated, and the media promotes a culture war.

The America I was sold as an adult (work hard and you shall be rewarded) isn’t the America I grew up with.

It took us moving out for us to actually experience “The American Dream”
